Fixed some bugs from the first Playtest round.

- Fixed crafting costs for sturdy gloves

- Updated a voice message still referencing the bunker instead of the safehouse
- Fixed area in mine where player would start to swim, even though there is no water
- Added icons for biker shoulder and biker wrists

- Added Screen mode dropdown to graphics settings so user can choose between Fullscreen, Excl. Fullscreen and windowed mode
- Added Voice Message when player tries to reload a broken weapon
- Added Framerate Limit to Settings menu
- Nameplates of dead enemies are removed correctly
- During harvesting items can’t be consumed anymore
- Fixed overlapping of difficulty and quest text
- Fixed various jump animations and double jump behavior
- Removed some guards in Junction
- Updated hitboxes of spitter and runner mutants
- Journal pushes can’t happen twice anymore
- Fixed header in rankings
- Updated progress bar for claiming, diving, harvesting and turret
- Added nameplates for targets hit by party members
